Welcome to Mopivol. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Company refers to Mopivol, its employees, agents, and affiliates.
Client refers to any individual or organization who engages with Mopivol for services.
Services refer to digital marketing, branding, advertising, consultancy, and any related marketing services provided by Mopivol.
By using Mopivol’s services or signing a service agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Mopivol agrees to provide marketing services as detailed in the signed proposal or agreement. The scope, deliverables, and timelines will be specified in individual contracts or statements of work.
Clients must:
Provide accurate and timely information.
Approve or reject deliverables within the stated timeframe.
Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to meet these obligations may affect project timelines or result in additional fees.
All fees are due as outlined in the proposal or invoice.
Late payments may incur interest at [e.g., 1.5% per month].
Mopivol reserves the right to suspend services due to non-payment.
All original materials created by Mopivol remain the intellectual property of Mopivol until full payment is received.
Upon payment, intellectual property rights for final deliverables may be transferred to the Client, unless otherwise stated.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Either party may terminate the agreement with [e.g., 14 days’] written notice. Fees for completed work up to the termination date are still payable.
Mopivol is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, resulting from the use of our services.
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Europe.
Mopivol may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
